Good
I enjoyed the reception. One could tell that the hotel was happy to have guests. The guy who helped with the luggage and showed us to our rooms was always eager to assist whenever necessary. Breakfast was good and the juice was always fresh.
The water was not as hot as I would have preferred. The dishes that had been used by quests for eating in their rooms were not collected on time and every time one passed them, it was not a pretty sight.

Pleasant hotel, good location, very nice staff, good breakfast. Light in the room can be improved
Very good location, clean and comfortable room. Particularly kind and hospitable staff at the reception, always there to assist whenever needed. They even provided me with an additional floor lamp, to make it somewhat more comfortable when I was working with my laptop - otherwise it was impossible to see the keyboard, due to insufficient light in the room at night. Decent breakfast, although all 6 days the coffee machine persistently refused to give me a cappuccino - I always got a hot chocolate instead :) Not a problem for me, as I also like hot chocolate :). Overall a good hotel.
The light in the room and in the bathroom is insufficient at night - more people have been complaining about it. There is really room for improvement in this respect. Two days the room was not cleaned, but this was due to the fact that there was only one person on duty - impossible to cope with all 39 rooms
